Interstellar Farm is a small-scale vertical farm located in San Antonio, Texas. Our growing system uses less water and energy when compared with conventional production systems. 


We have over 12 years of organic farm production experience and are committed to using sustainable farming practices.  Our microgreens are grown organically and harvested with care to ensure the longest shelf life possible.  All of our crops are grown from non-GMO seed and OMRI listed products.  



We offer microgreens subscriptions for home delivery and curbside pick-up.  We also offer chef services for restaurants, food trucks, pop-ups, and catering services.


We love to partner with chefs and restaurants that are passionate about sourcing locally grown ingredients and work to identify and grow specialty varieties of microgreens that are intended for flavor and presentation.  


We've provided microgreens or boutique sprouted items to The Hoppy Monk, Il Forno, The Box Street Social, Restaurant Gwendolyn, Kimura, Tong's Thai, Bakery Loraine, and The Good Kind, James Canter of Guerilla Gourmet, Willie Valesquez of Valesquez Inc.,  and many others.



Interstellar Farm strives to reduce our carbon footprint by utilizing high efficiency LED grow lights that use 60% less energy than 100W fluorescent lights and have long life cycles thereby reducing lights in landfills.



We take packaging seriously. When packaging our microgreens, we use high-quality food containers that are made from ecologically responsible, renewable Polylactic Acid, a biodegradable and fully compostable resin made from corn starch.
